Mentorship & Acceleration

“Mentorship and Acceleration” is the third step of our program, and one of the most vital parts. Successful entrepreneurs who manage to get their seed investment from Oasis500 gain an automatic incubation period at Oasis500 offices in Jordan. We at Oasis500 have always preferred the term acceleration over incubation as we see that the 3 months (100 days) period at oasis500 offices accelerates the startups to achieve milestones and goals that other startups can’t achieve in one year.

This acceleration is achieved by thorough coaching and mentoring from oasis500 team, industry experts, and a group of 300 mentors of local and international origins, many of whom work in Silicon Valley. Oasis500 creates matching events for mentors and newly incubated startups to ensure that the companies get the best mentors for their needs. Our events are usually attended by 60 to 100 mentors.

Oasis500 startups have weekly meetings with their dedicated coach, and are usually mentored by 4 to 6 mentors who assist them in achieving their goals through key performance indicators spread throughout the acceleration period. We also set monthly performance review meetings to overview and give feedback on the progress of each and every startup.

Additional complementary services are also offered during acceleration, these services include; legislation services, financial services, marketing and communications, complementary internet connections and exclusive deals from our partners and supporters.
